Not content with releasing v3.1 on Monday, we've just posted the first beta of DJ-1800 v3.2!
v3.2b1 adds a Full Screen mode, and makes the main Rack window resizable horizontally. It also adds a Maximize button to the main Rack window.
You can download v3.2b1 from our betas page. Please do also read the beta history page for a complete list of updates and changes. |

The screen-maximizing is really cool! I can fit it all on my 15" screen. Thank you. I hope it's pretty stable, because I want to start using this tonight.
I had to fumble a while before I realized that the "green Maximize button" was just the ones in the corner of most windows. I was all over looking for some custom button...
It's so nice to go full-screen. Space saved by hiding the menu-bar and window-frame just makes everything fit so much better. Nice. |

Hi accordion.noir,
Thanks! It should be pretty stable - it's had a good test here. But you never know for sure until people try it If you do give it a go tonight, then do let us know how you get on!
All the best,
Dave. |

Dave,
Got a "CocoaException" error message twice during initial launch of 3.2b1 and it quit both times. Third attempt was successful and all seems ok. Not sure if this info. is helpful.

Hi Chris,
Thanks for letting me know - that is definitely useful! I'll check it out. It sounds like an error that shouldn't affect normal operation once DJ-1800 has started, but obviously it's not good to get it on startup. Sure we can get it fixed.
All the best,
Dave. |
